JOIN OUR MAIL LIST Special Events To Suit Your Needs! A $250 deposit and signed contract is required to secure the date on all reservations. Deposits are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee providing we are notified 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days the entire deposit is forfeited. Final head and meal counts are due 7 days prior to the date of arrival. The group is responsible for the total number of people given at this time. If the number of your group increases we will try our best to accommodate the additional people although we cannot guarantee food options. A facility fee may be assessed on reservations depending on the time of year, location and the amount of people.
