Where are you located?
We are in the heart of Old Harbor where the shops, restaurants and beaches are all walking distance. The ferries from Pt. Judith, RI and New London, CT dock directly across the street.
What is your pet policy?
Unfortunately we do not have accommodations for pets within the hotel but we do have an outdoor deck where dogs are welcome!
How close is the beach?
You can cross the street and be on the beginning of a three mile strip of beautiful, sandy beaches.
Do you have private baths?
Yes, all rooms have private baths as well as televisions.
Is there an elevator?
We do not have an elevator but we do have one ground floor suite that can accommodate up to four guests (Old Harbor Suite). We also have staff available to assist with luggage.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, we offer a light continental breakfast.
Is there wifi?
We do have complimentary wifi service throughout the hotel. Being located on an island, it can be sporadic and slow at times, but it is available for all of our guests.
Do you have a luggage room?
Yes, we have a space for your to store your bags if you arrive early or would like to stay late after checking out. It is complimentary for our guests.
Is parking available?
We do have a parking lot for our hotel and restaurant guests. It is complimentary but does get busy particularly in July and August so we cannot guarantee a parking place.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes! We are currently installing air conditioning in all of the guests rooms to be ready for the 2020 summer.
Do the rooms have hair dryers and irons?
The rooms are all equipped with hair dryers. We do keep irons and ironing boards at the desk for our guests.
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
There is not a fitness center at the hotel but there is a yoga studio and a fitness center on the island.
